v3.3.5

Latest

A richer hardware store

Browse hardware with full image galleries, detailed spec sheets, and a smoother cart — plus a handful of dashboard and changelog improvements.

New Features

  • Hardware store image galleries — Products with more than one photo can now be browsed in a gallery: step through images with the ‹ › arrows, jump straight to any shot from the thumbnail strip, and see how many photos a product has at a glance from the card.
  • Product detail view — Click any product to open a detail view with the full image gallery alongside its complete specifications — features, weight, dimensions, SKU, and more — so you can compare options without leaving the store.

Improvements

  • A smoother cart — Adding an item now opens your cart so you're always one step from checkout, and a floating View Cart button stays within reach as you scroll the store.
  • Phones first — The store now lists phones first, with the newest models at the top.
  • API release notes in the changelog — The changelog timeline now merges in release notes from the API and platform, so UI, API, and platform changes all show up in one place.

Bug Fixes

  • Dashboard widget formatting — Large numbers on the dashboard widgets now display with thousands separators, so figures are easier to read at a glance.
  • Fax service link — The fax service now links to portal.fax.izt.cloud so you can reach the fax portal directly.
UI

v3.3.4

Never miss a support reply

Live chat now makes sure you notice when support gets back to you — a sound, browser notifications, and a smarter unread badge — and the conversation itself is easier to read with grouped messages.

New Features

  • Support replies get your attention — If a reply arrives while you're not looking at the chat, the chat button now pulses and wiggles with an unread count, a soft "call connected" chirp plays, and the browser tab's title shows how many messages are waiting. A reply can't slip by unnoticed anymore.
  • Browser notifications — Working in another tab or app? Your browser shows a desktop notification with the agent's reply — click it to jump straight back into the conversation. You'll be asked for permission the first time you start a chat.

Improvements

  • A tidier conversation — Messages from the same person now group together: the sender's name appears once above each run of messages and the time once below, instead of repeating on every bubble. Your own messages are labelled with your name and account, matching the agent's side.
  • Read means read — Replies only count as read when the chat is actually in front of you (panel open, tab visible, window focused). If you're glancing at another window, incoming messages stay unread and are cleared the moment you come back.
UI

v3.3.3

Search the how-to guide library

Finding the right walkthrough is now instant — the how-to library on the Support page has a search box.

Improvements

  • Search your how-to guides — The how-to library on the Support page now has a search box at the top. Type any part of a guide's name, what it covers, or its category (like "messaging" or "phone numbers") and the list narrows instantly to the matching walkthroughs, still grouped by area. Clear the search to bring the whole library back.
UI

v3.3.2

A US traffic map and richer dashboard insights

Insights gets a US map of your call traffic, your dashboard's summary cards become interactive breakdowns, the Trunk Health card shows live registration status, and Messaging Insights loads your complete conversation history.

New Features

  • Traffic map on Insights — The Insights page now opens with a US map that shades each state by your call traffic, so you can see where your calls come from and go at a glance. Pick a 24-hour, 7-day, or 30-day window, switch between total, inbound, and outbound, and hover any state for its exact counts. Each call is placed by the other party's area code — the caller on inbound calls, the destination on outbound.
  • Interactive dashboard breakdowns — The Phone Numbers, SIP Trunks, and Port Requests cards are no longer just a single number. Each is now a donut chart you can explore: use the ‹ › arrows to cycle between different views, and hover any slice to see its exact count and share of the total.
    • Phone Numbers — break down by type (local vs toll-free), by messaging capability (texting send + receive, receive-only, or none), or by call routing.
    • SIP Trunks — break down by type (Register / IP / IP trunk group) or by assignment (attached to a phone system vs account-level).
    • Port Requests — break down by status so you can see at a glance how your in-progress ports are moving — awaiting documents, submitted, FOC/ready, or needing attention.

Improvements

  • Live registration status in Trunk Health — The Trunk Health card now reflects which of your trunks are actually registered right now, not just how many are configured. You get an operational percentage, a Registered / Unregistered / IP-auth breakdown, and any trunk that has dropped its registration is flagged in red and pulled to the top of the list so problems are obvious at a glance. (IP-authenticated trunks don't register and are always shown as operational.)

Bug Fixes

  • All messages now load in Messaging Insights — Conversations were being built from only the first page of results, so older messages and parts of ongoing threads could go missing on busy accounts. Insights now loads every page for your selected filters and date range, so conversations are complete and accurate.
UI

v3.3.1

A friendlier chat button and guided how-tos

A few quality-of-life touches: the live chat button gets out of your way, and a new library of step-by-step guides walks you through the app.

Improvements

  • Live chat, refined — The chat button now starts only when you open Live Chat from the Support page, and you can drag it anywhere on screen to keep it out of your way. The chat window opens next to the button wherever you park it, and you can hide the button at any time from the in-chat menu.
  • Clearer fax attempts — Each fax delivery attempt now shows where it was routed — to an ATA device, out to the PSTN, or marked as a failure — so you can see exactly how a fax was handled and pinpoint where a delivery went wrong.

New Features

  • Degraded fax support for legacy machines — Faxes from older equipment that doesn't fully comply with the T.30/T.38 fax protocols are now handled in a degraded mode for enhanced compatibility, so a partial fax is captured instead of failing outright. These are clearly flagged with a Degraded badge, and the fax detail view explains that it "didn't fully complete and may only be partially available," along with the underlying protocol reason (for example, "Unexpected DCN while waiting for DCS or DIS") and error code.
  • Guided how-tos — A new library of interactive, spotlight-style walkthroughs dims the page and highlights exactly where to click, step by step, as you move through a task. Guides cover the journeys that matter most — getting oriented and reading your dashboard, purchasing, managing, routing, and porting numbers, configuring E911, setting up SIP trunks and phone systems, recording text-to-speech prompts, 10DLC brand and campaign registration, messaging profiles, adding a fax service, exploring insights, reviewing and exporting usage, inviting users, defining roles, ordering hardware, and getting help. The guides don't just point — they coach you through real create flows: each step advances on its own as you take the actual action (open the wizard, fill it in), the spotlight scrolls into view for you, and steps that don't apply to your account are skipped automatically.
  • Find guides anywhere — Browse the full library on the new How-To page or right from the Support page, neatly grouped by area (Getting Started, Phone Numbers, PBX & Voice, Messaging, Faxing, Analytics & Team, Store, and Support). Re-launch any walkthrough whenever you need a refresher, or jump straight into one with a shareable link.
UI

v3.3.0

Live chat, call insights on your dashboard, and Filevine

Reach our team without leaving the app, see your call activity at a glance, and connect your Filevine account.

New Features

  • Live chat with support — A chat widget is now available across the app. Start a conversation and your name, email, and account are filled in automatically — no form to fill out. Share a screenshot of what you're seeing, and end or start a new chat whenever you like.
  • Call activity on your dashboard — New charts show your call volume over time so you can spot trends at a glance.
  • Filevine integration — Connect your Filevine account to your phone system right from the app.
  • Download numbers as CSV — Export your phone numbers list to a CSV file.
  • Fax retention policy — Choose how long faxes are kept for each fax service.

Improvements

  • Better on mobile — A new slide-out navigation drawer, plus tables, pagination, filters, and stats that adapt cleanly to phones and smaller screens.
  • Account details — Accounts now show their created date, and registrations show their SBC.
  • Clearer forms — Refreshed placeholder text across the app and an upgraded date picker.

Bug Fixes

  • Usage page — Fixed a calendar issue and improved search so you can match by To and From numbers separately.
  • Passkeys — Managing passkeys now happens in a cleaner modal.
  • Top bar menus — Dropdowns now render above the sidebar and no longer overlap each other.
  • Porting — Re-uploading an invoice on a port request now works correctly.
UI

v3.2.0

Faxing for everyone, a fresh look, and a polish pass

Send faxes from any account, keep an eye on your AI and recording usage, and enjoy a refreshed look across the app.

New Features

  • Faxing for everyone — Send and receive faxes, manage your contact list, group your devices, and assign fax numbers. (Migrated from old Cloud Fax Platform)
  • Recording minutes usage — Your phone system panel now shows how many recording minutes you've used so you can spot when you're approaching your quota.
  • Buy AI minutes inline — Top up your AI minutes right from your phone system without leaving the page.
  • A fresh new look — We've refreshed our colors, surfaces, and accents across every page for a cleaner, more cohesive feel.

Improvements

  • Polish pass across the app — Forms, detail panels, confirmation dialogs, and status indicators have been tightened up so things feel consistent no matter where you are in the app.
  • Cleaner phone system editing — Editing a phone system is shorter, simpler, and easier to follow, with searchable pickers for things like trunks and locations.
  • Better fit on smaller screens — Layouts adjust more gracefully so the app feels comfortable on laptops as well as larger displays.
  • See what you searched — When you search for a vanity number, the term you typed is now shown alongside each result.

Bug Fixes

  • Caller ID name (CNAM) on toll-free — CNAM settings are now hidden for toll-free numbers, since they aren't supported on toll-free.
  • Trunk numbers list — Fixed an issue where the list of numbers attached to a trunk wasn't showing up.
  • Dashboard — Resolved a rendering issue on the dashboard.
UI

v3.1.6

Roles & Permissions, friendlier signup, and a clearer porting view

Take more control over who on your team can do what, sign up faster, and keep tabs on porting at a glance.

New Features

  • Roles & Permissions — Create custom roles, choose exactly which features each role can access, and assign them to your team members. Handy for giving billing-only or read-only access without sharing full admin rights.
  • Sign up from the login page — New customers can now jump straight from the login screen to registration, and the signup page is clear that it's for retail accounts (carriers should still talk to sales).
  • Phone number on signup — We now ask for a phone number during registration so we can reach you if there's an issue with your account.

Improvements

  • Redesigned port request view — A clearer status timeline and reorganized layout make it easier to see exactly where a port is in the process and what's next.
  • Consistency pass across detail panels — Numbers, Users, Billing, Invoices, Emergency Locations, and TTS panels have all been refreshed so they look and behave the same way.

Bug Fixes

  • Date picker — You can now type a date directly into the date picker instead of being forced to click through the calendar.
  • Wizards on shorter screens — Multi-step wizards no longer get cut off on smaller laptop displays — the body scrolls when there isn't enough room.
UI

v3.1.5

Messaging Profiles and AI Campaign Tools

A new home for messaging profiles and an AI assist for refining your TCR campaigns.

New Features

  • Messaging Profiles — Manage your messaging profiles in one place: assign them to numbers, see the credentials each one uses, and rotate keys when you need to.
  • AI Campaign Assist — Let AI rewrite a TCR campaign for you. Open any campaign and ask the assistant to clean up your description, sample messages, or use-case wording before you submit.
  • Quick-start voice samples — The first time you pick a TTS voice, we generate a few generic audio clips automatically so you can hear how it sounds without setting up a TTS file first.

Improvements

  • Tidier sidebar — The Faxing navigation group only shows up for accounts that can use it.
  • Type extensions directly — Extension fields now accept typed input as well as selecting from a list.
  • Flexible campaign samples — When submitting a TCR campaign you can now provide anywhere from one to five sample messages.
UI

v3.1.4

Trunk Caller ID Override and Bulk Editing

Set a specific caller ID per trunk and edit tags, PBX, international calling, and caller ID across many trunks at once.

New Features

  • Caller ID Override on Trunks — Pick one of your account's numbers to use as the outbound caller ID for a trunk. Available when creating a trunk and in the trunk detail panel, with E.164 validation and a picker populated from your owned numbers.
  • Bulk Edit for Trunks — Select multiple trunks and update tags, PBX assignment, international calling, and caller ID override in a single action, with a progress indicator and per-trunk failure reporting.
UI

v3.1.3

Pricing, Campaign Editing, and Messaging Tools

UI

Security Advisory

Security

Axios Supply Chain Attack (CVE-2026-34841)

On March 31, 2026, the popular npm package Axios (v1.14.1 and v0.30.4) was compromised in a supply chain attack after a maintainer's npm account was hijacked through social engineering. The backdoored versions contained a malicious dependency (plain-crypto-js) that deployed a cross-platform Remote Access Trojan (RAT) attributed to the North Korean state-sponsored threat group Sapphire Sleet.

Our Response

IZT Cloud, Inc. conducted a comprehensive analysis across our entire Cloud Voice platform and all related projects immediately upon disclosure. We can confirm:

  • IZT does not use Axios in any of our products. Our platform uses native fetch APIs and has never included Axios as a direct or transitive dependency.
  • No customer data or systems were affected. There is no risk of compromise to any IZT Cloud Voice customer.
  • No action is required on the part of our customers.

About This Incident

  • Affected packages: axios@1.14.1 and axios@0.30.4
  • Attack vector: Compromised npm maintainer account via social engineering and RAT malware
  • Impact: Automatic execution of a malicious postinstall script that deployed a second-stage RAT connecting to a command-and-control server
  • Advisories: GHSA-fw8c-xr5c-95f9, CVE-2026-34841

Our Commitment

IZT Cloud, Inc. takes the security of our platform and our customers' data very seriously. We continuously monitor for supply chain threats and maintain strict dependency management practices across all of our projects. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our security team.
